Since the beginning of his university education, Attorney Enes SANCAK embarked on his professional journey by working at a law firm specializing in international law. From that point onward, he has actively participated in contract processes for numerous local and international companies, taking on significant roles in important projects.
Following his successful graduation from the İstanbul University Faculty of Law, he initiated his career in providing consultancy services to international corporations. Enes SANCAK also serves as the Co-Founder of ENSA Law Office, specializing in Commercial and Corporate Law and Immigration Law as well as Contracts, offering consultancy services to both domestic and foreign investors and clients. With an advanced level of proficiency in English, Enes SANCAK is pursuing a master’s degree in Commercial Law at the City University of London to further enhance his expertise in the field.
UMUT KAYA
Partner / Attorney at Law
Umut KAYA, whose professional journey started with summer internships during his undergraduate studies, has taken English and German legal terminology courses abroad while still a student. As a result of this training, he obtained certificates. Umut also holds a certificate issued by the Capital Markets Board. Subsequently, he graduated from Ankara University Law School and further expanded his knowledge and experience by completing internships at some of Turkey’s prominent law firms listed in Legal 500, specializing in areas such as Commercial Law, Capital Markets Law, and Competition Law.
He has increased his expertise in various fields. As a partner at ENSA Law Firm, he mainly focuses on areas of Commercial and Corporate Law, Capital Markets Law, Contract Law, litigation tracking, providing consulting services to both domestic and international clients, and managing projects related to the Protection of Personal Data Law (KVKK). He is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association and also holds the title of a sworn translator in Turkish-English languages at the Beyoğlu 37th Notary Public Office. Furthermore, he possesses a professional level of proficiency in the German language.

Simge BELİN ÖZTÜRK

Simge Belin Öztürk, whose professional journey commenced with summer internships during her undergraduate studies, actively engaged in school clubs and participated in various legal seminars to earn certificates while still a student. She completed a Mock Labor Law Case Study during her undergraduate years and additionally participated in the “censorship” committee within the scope of the Law Society Student Workshop. During this period, she focused on expanding her knowledge in the field of law.
Following her graduation from Yalova University Law Faculty, she gained internship experience at leading law firms in Istanbul and Bursa. These internship periods notably reinforced her expertise in Real Estate Law, Rental Law, and Labor Law subjects.
As a member of the Bursa Bar Association, Simge Belin Öztürk practices law with a commitment to ethical standards and principles. Moreover, she completed a degree in Occupational Health and Safety from Anadolu University and successfully concluded the training on Qualified Calculations Arising from Labor Legislation conducted by Sakarya University after her undergraduate studies.
Simge Belin Öztürk not only focuses on her own career but also places importance on supporting future legal professionals. She contributes to the emergence of new talents in the legal field by engaging in activities such as giving seminars to young students and participating in student mentorship programs. She has cultivated profound expertise in Real Estate Law, Rental Law, and Labor Law, engaging in litigation and providing consultancy services to both domestic and international clients in these areas.
Furkan K. ARASLI

ARASLI is an educator and industry practitioner who thrives on global collaborations. He holds a Master of Science, doctoral candidacy from EMU (Tourism Management, Cyprus) and AU (Hospitality Management, USA). Academically, Arasli taught and assisted classes in North American, European, and Asian institutions with in-person and synchronous modes of instruction. Industrially, Arasli served in advisory and FOH roles to deliver exceptional guest service through the shared efforts of his esteemed colleagues. Worldwide, Arasli collaborated with multiple research teams to produce over 30 scholarly works ranging from empirical papers to book chapters in the areas of organizational behavior, consumer behavior, sustainability, tourism, and hospitality education.
